Topeka - Norman C. Stahl, 76, passed away on March 10, 2022, after a long battle with Parkinson's Disease. He met the love of his life, Theresa (Terry) Hubbard while attending the University of Kansas. They married in 1969 and are the parents of Rebecca (Glen) Weishaar, Nortonville; and Alan (Randi) Stahl, Topeka. Norm proudly served in the Army National Guard and on active duty during the Vietnam Conflict. He was the personnel director for Sheltered Living from 1993 until 2001 and then worked for the Kansas Department of Transportation until his retirement in 2009. Norm is survived by his wife Terry, children, grandchildren, sister, half-sister, and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and half-brother. A parish rosary and visitation will be held on Thursday, March 17 from 6:30 to 8:30 pm at Mother Teresa of Calcutta Catholic Church, Topeka. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the same location on Saturday, March 19 at 10 am with a luncheon to follow. He will be buried in the St. Aloysius Cemetery, Meriden, later that afternoon with military honors. Memorial contributions may be made to Rock Steady Boxing of Topeka or the St. Aloysius Catholic Church Cemetery Fund in care of Burnett Family Funeral Home, Oskaloosa, KS.
