Norma Jean Rogers, 91, died Sunday, August 21, 2022 at Heritage Point Assisted Living.
She was born October 20, 1930 in Goshen to Willard and Charlotte (Brumbaugh) Stahly.
On June 25, 1948 she married Richard S. Rogers in Nappanee. He died August 1, 1989.
She is survived by a daughter, Kimberly J. (Lon) Wingett of Jones, Michigan; a son, Kelly D. (Deloris) Rogers of Goshen; seven grandchildren, Rocki Stillson, Renee (Shane) Potter, Jeremiah (Elizabeth) Rogers, Justin (Allie) Rogers, Jacob (Myndi) Rogers, Jarvis Roger and Jared (Amy Brewer) Rogers; 14 great-grandchildren and a daughter -in-law, Kathy Rogers of Phoenix, Arizona.
Along with her parents and husband, Norma was preceded in death by two sons, Ronald LeRoy Rogers and Rodney L. Rogers and a sister, Jeralyn Edwards.
Norma owned and operated Rogers Resort Campground, Jones, Michigan, she enjoyed playing cards (Canasta), running the campground and Fish Fry every year for the campers. She also crocheted and made baby hats for hospitals.
A private graveside service will take place at Whitehead Cemetery, New Paris.
