Nina Repasky

Nina Repasky, age 92, passed away on February 19, 2024, following a brief illness, and just three months after the death of her beloved husband, Lou, her lifetime companion of over 70 years. Nina was never happier than being at home, surrounded by family, pets, and loved ones. She enjoyed relaxing in her favorite chair with her husband by her side reading the daily news to her when her vision no longer enabled her to read for herself. Evenings spent talking and laughing while enjoying a home cooked meal and an occasional vodka and tonic - especially if her favorite nephew Marc made it for her - were sources of immense pleasure, especially later in her long life when health issues made leaving home difficult. Her family takes great comfort in knowing she is happily reunited with her husband, Lou, as well as her many family members and pets who predeceased her, raising her beautiful voice in a duet with her sister Rose and dancing up a storm with anyone who can keep up with her!

Nina leaves behind her greatest joy, her beloved daughter Linda Adamany; loyal dog, Angie; special nephew Marc Mingione, wife Carolyn and their family, Melissa Frank (Bradlee) and Meredith; as well as extended family and friends in both the Chagrin Falls, Ohio and Naples, Florida areas, where she happily split her time over the last several years.

According to Nina's wishes, services will be private. The family requests that any donations you choose to make in her memory be sent to The Humane Society of the United States at www.humanesociety.org .
