Nina Frappier, 70, of Seminole, FL passed away August 1st, 2024. She was born in Riverdale Maryland on May 15th, 1954 to Olga and Merriwether Roylance. Nina attended the University of Maryland graduating with a degree in Horticulture. She worked for many years as a computer programer in the Washington DC area and also in Florida. Nina loved gardening and expressing herself through arts and crafts. Butterflies flocked to her gardens each year. Every vacation was celebrated with many photos and beautiful scrapbooking. From fiber arts, to jewelry making, or her yearly Dickinson Village, she took joy in creating beautiful pieces for her family and close friends. She is survived by her husband, Bill Frappier and child Rachel Frappier. A celebration of her life occurred at Serenity Funeral Home on August 6th, 2024 10AM.
