Nikki Luper Alexander Craig died January 3, 2021. She put her family first and was a loyal friend. She was born June 22, 1943 to Willa Belle Carson and Ernest Homer "E.H." Luper in Wichita, KS. Nikki graduated from Wayne High School in 1961 and was a member of Alpha Chi Omega at Oklahoma City University.
She met Donald Lynn Alexander at Oklahoma City University and they married June 23, 1963 and moved to Cordell after graduation in 1965. Their son, Kerry, was born in 1964 and daughter, Kristin Rae, was born in 1974. Don died from a heart attack in March 1984 and Nikki moved to Weatherford, Oklahoma in the late 1980s.
On July 17, 1999, Nikki married Aubrey Dale Craig, who had been her high school sweetheart, and moved to Plano. Nikki was an active member and volunteer in the Methodist church in Cordell, Weatherford and Plano. She was a life-long member of P.E.O., Golden Girl (50 year member) and held many offices including president of each chapter.
She is survived by her husband, Aubrey Dale Craig; son, Kerry Don Alexander and his wife, Carol, of Oklahoma City; daughter, Kristin Rae Alexander, of Little Elm, TX; stepson Aubrey "Ace" Craig; grandchildren Calvin Alexander, Nicholas Alexander, Jackson Craig Alexander, Luke Alexander and Haylee Craig. Nikki was preceded in death by her first husband, Don Alexander, parents, and sister, Donna Kay Bielski.
Funeral services will be held at Custer Road United Methodist Church on January 9, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. Interment will be on Sunday, January 10, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Lawnview Cemetery in Cordell, Oklahoma.
