Nicholle Gonzalez, age 52, of Tyler, Texas, passed away on October 21st.
Nicholle was born on June 26, 1973, in El Paso, Texas, to Melissa "Liz" Whitney and Arnold Gonzalez. The youngest of three children, she and grew up in Canyon, Texas, before moving to Richardson. There, she graduated from Berkner High School and played the flute in the Mighty Ram Marching Band. After she settled in Tyler, Nicholle dedicated more than 25 years to Goodwill Industries and was an active member of Pinebrook Baptist Church.
Nicholle was loved by everyone who knew her. She was known for her cheerful nature, independent spirit, and a smile that could light up any room. She loved to laugh and never missed an episode of Wheel of Fortune.
Nicholle is survived by her parents, Liz Whitney and Arnold Gonzalez (Diane), and siblings, Kurt Gonzalez (Rosa) and Michelle McMullen (Ken). Additionally, she is survived by stepsiblings Wayne England, Mike England, Bobby England (Brenda), Tyffani Peters Sedgwick, and Chad Peters (Sandy). Her nieces and nephew are Alexandria Gonzalez, Annabelle McMullen, and Luke McMullen. She was predeceased by her stepfather, Jerry Peters.
We rejoice in the promise of eternal life. Nicholle's memorial service will be held on November 19, 2025, at 12 noon, at Pine Brook Baptist Church, 3606 SH-110, Tyler, Texas. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Pine Brook Baptist Church or Goodwill Industries of East Texas at goodwilleasttexas.org in Nicholle's memory.
