Nathanael "Nate" Mark Crabtree, 50, of Nashville passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, December 11, 2021 at his friend's house. He was born May 20, 1971 in Virginia Beach, Virginia to Jack Crabtree and Helen L. "Louise" Moore Crabtree. He was a welder by trade.
Survivors include his daughters, Taelor (Devin) Smith of Franklin and Haedon (Kyle) Hill of Claypool, IN; a son, Kayode Crabtree of Michigan; a granddaughter, Gianna Smith; two sisters, Melissa (David) Stinson and Faith Crabtree; a brother, David (Maryann) Crabtree; a sister in law, Mary Crabtree; a brother in law, Jerry Acton; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Vance Crabtree; and a sister, Terri Acton.
Nate was a long time member of ABATE of Indiana. He enjoyed spending time with his daughters, riding his Harley, fishing, collecting tools and fabricating parts. He had most recently worked at Hoover Sheet Metal and previously at Capital Industries.
There will be a Celebration of Life on Saturday, December 18, 2021 at 4:00 PM in Bond-Mitchell Funeral Home, 1682 State Road 135 North. There will be a Gathering of Family and Friends prior to services from 2:00 - 4:00 PM.
