"Toni" (Don) Kalacheur of Sun Lakes, AZ; further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Preceded in death by her parents Edgar and Ruth (nee Denne) Dammann of Madison, WI and daughter Mary of Milwaukee.
Born August 24, 1933 in Madison, WI she grew up there and in the Milwaukee North Shore area, attending Atwater School in Shorewood and two years at Whitefish Bay H.S. The family then returned to Madison, where she graduated from Madison West H.S. Class of 1951. She went on to UW-Madison, graduating with a B.S. degree in Medical Technology. She was a member of Chi Omega Sorority and active in their activities. Paul and she met there in Madison on a blind date set up by one of Nancy's sorority sisters. They married on April 27, 1957 at Luther Memorial Church, Madison.
They returned to the Milwaukee area, where Nancy was a Med. Tech. at St. Mary's Hospital, and Paul was working in the Northwestern Mutual Life Home Office. After one year, Nancy "retired" to raise the family of three girls.
They moved to Bayside in Nov. 1969, where their daughters attended several schools in the Nicolet District. For about five years (1984-89), they also lived in Neenah, due to a job change by Paul, then returning to the Milwaukee North Shore area.
Nancy and Paul joined the Fox Point Lutheran Church in 1970, where she was active in the Women's Club and the Young at Heart Seniors Group.
She loved dramatics, performing in several productions of the Shorewood Players and Sunset Playhouse, Elm Grove. Her other interests included interior decorating and gardening, reading mysteries, and occasional games of Bridge, tennis and golf.
Due to the Pandemic, services will be held next summer at the Church and the Rosenheimer Family Cemetery in Slinger.
