Molly Sue Baslee, 60, of Tipton, MO, passed away Monday, July 18, 2022, at University Hospital in Columbia, MO.She was born July 14, 1962, in Beckley, WV, a daughter of Alfred E. and Gloria (Lambert) Lance, who preceded her in death.On January 10, 1983, in West Virginia, she was united in marriage to Daniel Baslee, who survives of the home.Molly loved her family and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. They were her life. She was a hard worker. She worked for 14 years in poultry processing for Cargill and then Tyson Foods. She was a member of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church in Sedalia. She was very involved in the Pathfinders children's ministry. She served as a leader of the church's Pathfinder group and as an area coordinator. She will be dearly missed.In addition to her husband of 39 years, she is survived by four children, Clara Gonyea (Jeff) of Cabbot, AR, William Baslee (Hannah) of Fort Dodge, IA, Sanford Baslee (Brandie) of Brookings, SD, and Samantha Baslee of Boonville, MO; one brother, Roger L. Lance of Rainelle, WV; fourteen grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter.Funeral services will take place at 6 p.m. Thursday, July 21, 2022, at the Seventh-Day Adventist Church in Sedalia, MO, with Pastors Jeff Fender and Al Oetman officiating.Visitation will take place one hour prior to service time at the church.Burial will take place at a later date.Memorial contributions are suggested to the Seventh-Day Adventist Church of Sedalia, MO. Arrangements are under the direction of Meisenheimer-Page-Dady Funeral Home, Tipton, MO.
