Millard Edward "Buck" Kelbaugh, Jr. , 88 Mar 13, 1932 - Jun 2, 2020 Fairplay, MD - Millard Edward "Buck" Kelbaugh, Jr., 88 of Fairplay, MD passed away on Tuesday, June 2, 2020 at Meritus Medical Center in Hagerstown, MD.
He was born on March 13, 1932 in Smithsburg, MD to the late Millard Edward Sr. and Erma Rudy Kelbaugh.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Margaret "Jo" Crampton Kelbaugh in 1985.
Buck was employed by Maugansville Elevator and Lumber for over 20 years until retiring in 2007. He previously was employed by L'Aiglon Industries in Hagerstown, MD for 25 years.
He was a member of St. James Brethren Church in St. James, MD.
Buck loved being outdoors, camping, watching baseball and football games. He was a loyal Baltimore Orioles and Ravens Fan.
He is survived by his wife of 31 years Sandy McCleary Kelbaugh; son Rick E. Kelbaugh and his wife Brenda Taylor Kelbaugh of Boonsboro, MD; sister Betty Lowans of Waynesboro, PA; sister Madeline Cauffman of Hagerstown, MD; brother Harvey Kelbaugh of Woonsocket, RI; brother Larry Kelbaugh of Hagerstown, MD.
He was predeceased by a sister Joyce "Tiny" Kramer and two brothers George Kelbaugh and Denny Kelbaugh.
Family and friends may pay their respects to Buck on Friday, June 5, 2020 from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm at Osborne Funeral Home 425 S. Conococheague St. Williamsport, MD.
Private graveside services will be held at Cedar Lawn Memorial Park in Hagerstown, MD with Pastor Jerry Butler officiating.
