Milan Samardziski
In memory of Milan Samardziski UWC Robert Bosch College August 2016 - May 2019
The UWC Robert Bosch Community is desperately sad to hear of the passing away of Milan Samardziski, who had graduated from RBC in May 2019 and had completed his first year of studies at Brown University.
Milan’s time at RBC unusually overlapped with four generations. Due to serious illness in his 2nd semester of the 2016/17 academic year, necessitating surgery and a long recovery, he re-started as a first-year student in August 2017.
Milan was widely loved and respected at RBC, and he touched the lives of many.
Yesterday, Milan’s Parents and Brother wrote:
As Milan's immediate family, we are sorry to inform Milan's friends from all over the world that he passed away two days ago. We felt an obligation to inform you, his friends, the people he cared about deeply and unconditionally. We mourn his passing and are sure that our lovely sunshine will always be above our heads.
And in a message to Helen White:
The time he spent in Robert Bosch was happiest in his short life, his heart was too big for this world.
We mourn Milan’s passing, together with all who knew and loved Milan, especially his Mother, Father and Brother.
