Michael R. Ritter, 42, Washington, passed away Thursday, May 26, 2022. Michael, son of Patricia Howie, nee Bealler, and Matthew Ritter, was born July 18, 1979, in St. Louis. He received his education from Washington High School. Michael enjoyed being outdoors and loved to help others. He delivered the St. Louis Post-Dispatch and the Washington Missourian for many years. Among his survivors are his mother, Patricia Howie and husband Jay, Villa Ridge; his father, Matthew Ritter and wife Terri, Washington; sister, Nichole Bloom and husband Adam, Villa Ridge; brother, James Howie, Villa Ridge; stepsisters, Beth Schuler and husband Michel, Kara Hiatt and husband Dustin, all of Washington; nieces and nephews, Sam, Suzie, Henry, Dade, Willow, Landon, Levi, Alayna and Addy; many friends and loved ones. A celebration of life will be held Monday, June 6, from 4-7 p.m. at the Hummingbird Club, Washington. Arrangements are in care of Nieburg-Vitt, Miller Funeral Home, Washington.
