Mr. Leonard Michael "Mike" Jameison, age 76, of Madison, Indiana entered this life on January 19, 1945 in Covington, Kentucky. He was the loving son of the late Luke and Margaret Estes Jameison. He was raised in the Walton-Verona community and graduated in 1964 from Walton-Verona High School. On September 4, 1965 Mike was united in marriage to Pauline "Polly" Cook in Covington, Kentucky. This happy union of 56 years was blessed with sons, Luke and Wade and a daughter, Leah. The family settled in Madison in 1965 and soon moved into their home on Coo-Par Drive. He had owned and operated with his wife, Lutz Concrete in Charlestown from 1980-1989. He managed Coo-Par Concrete for over twenty years and had owned Coo-Par Properties since 1991. Mike enjoyed spending time on the family farm near Eagle Valley in Kentucky, 4-wheeling, and being with his children and grandchildren. Mike was an avid UK basketball fan, target shooting, playing pool, riding motorcycles, and watching You Tube. He loved animals, was a devoted husband, loving dad and papaw. Family events with Polly's cooking was the highlight of his day. Mike died suddenly on Saturday, October 16, 2021, his home in Madison, Indiana.

Mike will be missed by his loving wife of 56 years, Pauline "Polly" Cook Jameison of Madison, Indiana; his loving sons, Luke O. Jameison and his wife, Kimberly of Madison, Indiana, Wade B. Jameison of Walton, Kentucky; his loving daughter, Leah D. Jameison-Pruett and her huaband James of Madison, Indiana; his loving grandchildren, Anthony M.Jameison and his wife, Jenna, Amelia E. Jameison, Trent A. Jameison, Tabetha S. Jameison, Samuel P. Jameison, and Linzy A. Jameison; his adoring great grandchildren, Landon, Dean, Nora, and Conner Jameison; several nieces, nephews and other relatives. He was preceded in death by his father, Luke Jameison, his mother, Margaret Estes Jameison, and his sister, Joyce Jameison Iles. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, October 19, 2021, at 1:00 p.m., Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre, 325 Demaree Drive Madison, Indiana. Interment
