Michael J. Ferrazza was born August 9, 1994, and stepped into Eternity on Wednesday morning, May 18, 2022, following a car accident, leaving behind his father, Carl, mother Monica, and brother, Michael A Shelton, and countless friends and relatives. He was preceded in death by his brother Christopher, grandparents Carl and Loreen Ferrazza, Russell and Virginia Parnell, and Uncle Michael Parnell. Michael graduated from Brecksville High School in 2012. He went on to graduate from The Ohio State University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Following graduation Michael joined the staff at Brighthouse Financial, a Fortune 500 company headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina. During his tenure at Brighthouse, Michael was recognized for his charitable and humanitarian efforts. In 2020 he returned to Ohio to join his brother Christopher and the family investing in the controlling interest at Quartz Scientific, Inc, a leading manufacturer and international supplier of fused quartz products, where he served as Executive Vice President of Marketing and Sales. Michael loved life, loved his family, and loved his friends. He loved sports, including golf, hunting in Montana and on the family farm, traveling, precision rifle shooting, and riding Harleys with his father, brother and friends. But above all else he loved his brother. While his brother Christopher died with an enlarged heart, Michael died with a broken heart, grieving the loss of his best friend, business partner, and brother. They are now reunited forever in eternity. In lieu of flowers, please make a contribution in Michael's name to a charity of your choice.
