Mike Lee, a longtime Snohomish County resident passed away peacefully on August 7, 2022.
Mike was born on February 26, 1944, the oldest son of Tom and Atha Lee. He graduated from Ingraham High School in Seattle and then went on to receive a Bachelor of Arts in 1967 at Central Washington University.
After serving in the U.S. Army, he relocated to Germany and graduated from the Max Planck Institute in Stuttgart as a machinist. Mike worked for The Bosch Company for 36 years. Mike married Isolde and he had two daughters, Christina and Corinna. After the marriage ended Mike returned to the US.
Mike is survived by his two daughters, Christina Lee and her wife, Anna Heydt Corinna Lee, her husband Tahar Al Chaib, granddaughter Muna, his brothers Tom and Darrell and his sister Diana. He was preceded in death by his parents.
As a skilled machinist Mike loved machinery and automobiles and was always fixing something.
Mike's storytelling, humor, curiosity and creativity will be greatly missed
