The relatives and friends of Mr. Melvin Forrest are invited to attend his Graveside Service 1:00 PM, Sunday, February 21, 2021 at Payne Memorial Gardens, 2012 Sea Water Drive, James Island, SC. A public viewing will be held from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM, Saturday, February 20, 2021 at the mortuary. Mr. Forrest leaves to cherish his memories with his mother, Georgette F. Ravenel; father, William D. McCoy; children, Shamel Forrest and Melvin Forrest, Jr.; grandchildren, Rhamel, Arianna, and Shamya; brother, Kelvin Forrest; sisters, Andrea D. Ravenel and Myra McCoy; and a host of other relatives and friends. Due to COVID-19 protocols, everyone is required to wear a face mask and practice social distancing.
