It is with great sadness that the family of Maxine Soliz Baker announce her passing on August 11th, 2024. Maxine was 91 years old, born on July 18th, 1933, in Victoria, Texas, to the late Jose N. Soliz and Angelita Rodriguez Soliz. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, and so full of life.
Maxine is survived by her three children: Betty Jo Wheeler, Jeannie Park and John Ray Hernandez. Sister; Toney Aguilar. Seven grandchildren; Lee Stuchell, Tiffany Latham, Kenneth Stuchell, Kimberly Park, Michael Park, Brandon Hernandez, Angelo Hernandez, and as well as eight great grandchildren.
Maxine is proceeded in death by her father Jose N. Soliz, and Mother Angelita R. Soliz. Sisters; Maria Francisca Salazar and Connie Machado. Brothers; Manuel Soliz and Joe T. Soliz.
Memorial Services will be held on September 7th, 2024, with visitation at 1:00 PM followed by a Holy Rosary at 2:00 PM, at Angel Lucy's Funeral Home in Victoria Texas.
