Mary Rand Tracy, 89, died June 21 from Alzheimer's Disease. A native of Canada, she lived in Concord and was a social worker. She retired to New London in 1993. She was predeceased by her husband George Tracy and son Jonathan Tracy. She is survived by her daughters, Nora Tracy Phillips of Wellesley, Mass. and Paula Tracy Cowie of Center Harbor.
