Mary M. Prete

Mary M. Prete, 90, passed away on Tuesday, January 11, 2022, in Mishawaka, IN. Mary was born on May 5, 1931, in Chicago, IL to the late Clarence and Della (Roche) Cahill. Mary is survived by her children, Margaret "Peg" (John) Dombrowski, Laurie Snyder, Cathi Tucker, Mark (Gail) Prete and Michael Prete; and grandchildren, Rachel, Nick, Noelle, Julia, Hannah and Adam.

Mary loved family gatherings, her faith and going to Sunday mass, her two cats, hosting holiday events, trying new recipes and any opportunity to dance and celebrate.

A funeral mass will be held at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church at 10700 Aboite Center Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46804 on Friday, February 4th at 11 am with visitation 1 hour prior in the church. A luncheon will follow the service. Hahn Funeral Home has been entrusted with handling the final arrangements.
