Mary passed away Feb 4th, 2023. Mary's greatest role was as a mother. She treasured her children and embraced every moment with them. Mary grew up in Elk Grove Village, graduated from EGHS, where she made lifelong friends and went on to graduate from NIU with a BS in Biology. Mary was well-respected and admired by her colleagues at Abbott Labs and most recently held the position of Sr. Scientist. Mary was the loving mother of Kevin and Brendan Perkowitz; beloved daughter of Alice and the late Larry Mulholland, Sr.; adoring sister of Ann (Steve Sopocy), Kathleen, Tim, and the late Larry Jr. (Patricia)Mulholland; cherished aunt of Joe, Cody, Grace, Jennie, Bryan and Isabel. Visitation Thurs Mar. 16th 5-8p at Grove Memorial Chapel 1199 S. Arlington Hts Rd, Elk Grove Village, IL. Funeral Mass Fri. March 17th Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament 750 W Elk Grove Blvd. Private interment.
