She completed elementary school at The Summit School and was graduated from Forsyth Country Day School. Throughout three decades of professional service with the UVA Alumni Association, Molly's varied roles culminated in her being named Senior Director of Scholarships and Endowments, a role she loved, and in which she thrived.
In addition to her love for The University, Molly's pride and joy were her many Bernese Mountain dogs. She raised multiple litters, several champion dogs, and some attaining Grand Champion recognition. Molly studied genetic backgrounds of each blood line and meticulously maintained high standards for her kennel, known and respected under the name: Quellen Bernese.
Aside from the being at home in the foothills of Virginia and with her dogs, Molly anticipated the annual family pilgrimage to Sandbridge Beach each year, and reveled in their time in the sand.
