On Monday, April 12, 2021 Mary Ann (Worman) King loving wife and mother of three sons passed away at her home in Kingwood, Texas. She was born to the late Helen and Richard Worman of Baltimore, MD on July 28, 1943. She is superseded in death by her brother, Richard Eugene Worman.
Mary Ann attended school in Baltimore and Salisbury, MD before attending Strayer University in Washington, D.C. where she met her husband, Ronald L. King, and they were married in Baltimore, MD on June 6, 1964. She worked as an insurance company claims administrator in the mid 1960's. She focused on her raising family for the next 25 years and as a realtor and volunteer in various hospitals and charitable organizations in the late 1980's and early 1990's. She was a devoted wife and Mother to her three sons.
Mary Ann is survived by her husband, Ronald King; and her sons, Daniel, David and Richard and 8 grandchildren. "Mary Ann will always be the light and love of my life. She was truly my soul mate. She was the backbone or our family and a great Mother to our children. We give blessings every day for the gift God bestowed upon our family for allowing Mary Ann (Mother) to be the torch of love in our lives. She will be missed, never forgotten and always loved and in our hearts."
Memorial services and interment will be held at 10 am ET on Thursday, April 22, 2021 at National Funeral Home & Memorial Park, 7482 Lee Hwy, Falls Church, VA 22042, with a reception to immediately follow.
