On September 6, 1947 a candle was lit for Mary B. Jackson and it burned brightly for 70 years. Her flame began to dim, flicker and expired August 29, 2018 at 09:37p.m.
Mary was preceded in death by her youngest son Leander Jackson Jr.
Mary leaves to cherish her memories, her loving husband of 52 years Leander Jackson Sr., her 2 daughters Sharon Nash and Cynthia Boyd, her son Frederick Lee Jackson, 7 grandkids and soon to be 5 great-grandchildren.
Public viewing will begin at 10:00am on Friday, September 7. 2018 with a Celebration of Life Service to begin at 11:00am at The Park Avenue Church of Christ located at 630 South A Street, Oxnard, Ca 93033. Mary will be laid to rest at Arkansas Memorial Gardens in her hometown of North Little Rock, Arkansas.
