Kulakowski; devoted mother of Marcia (late Stephen) Chase, Dennis (late Jacqueline) Kulakowski, Mary Jane (Paul) Cwiklinski and the late Paul (Anne) Kulakowski; loving grandmother of nine grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild; dear sister of Della (late Sandy) Pawelski; also survived by nieces and nephews.
