Mary Frances Johnson, 96, of Dallas Texas, passed away on July 31, 2020 at her home in Dallas.
Private Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Calvary Hill North Chapel Mausoleum with Fr Paul of St. Monica Catholic Church, officiating. Burial will follow at Calvary Hill Cemetery. Mary Frances was born in Dallas to Thomas and Camille Costello on January 3rd, 1924. She went to school at Highland Park High School. She married Cave L Johnson Jr. on January 31, 1948 in Dallas. She worked as a school administrator for numerous years and then retired to be a housewife. She was involved in playing bridge and mahjong with your friends, sewing and traveling with her husband. She enjoyed spending time with her 3 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. She was a member of St. Monica Catholic Church. Mary Frances is preceded in death by her brother Michael Costello, sisters Bea Stephens and Josephine Huffaker and her husband Cave.
Mary Frances is survived by her 2 children Josephine Johnson and Cave Johnson III; 3 granddaughters Allison Charlesworth, Colleen Johnson and Tiffany Beecham; 6 great grandchildren Cave, Dean, Kendall, Carter, Patrick and Cole, and longtime friends Marylyn Meyer and Helen Johnson.
