She was born in Bainbridge, NY on September 14, 1947, the daughter of Andress andKathleen (Courtney) Doolittle. After meeting Ross White at Baptist Bible College, the two married in June 1970. Tim was born in 1975, and Joel was born in 1977.

Mary loved to garden, win while playing games, read, cross stitch, puzzle, travel, and tell stories.
She is survived by her husband Ross White; sons Timothy White (Meredith) of Glen Burnie, MD and Joel White (Shelley) of Coshocton, OH; granddaughters Paris and Parker White; and brother Jerry Doolittle of Tully, NY.
