COLTON, Mary T. 96, of Tampa, FL passed away June 14, 2022. Mary was born on March 10, 1926 in Seekonk, Massachusetts. She was the youngest of four children of Joseph and Sylvia Travers. Mary settled in Delaware, marrying and having her first two children, Dwight Boutwell (deceased) and Kevin Boutwell (wife Nancy). As a young mother, Mary found herself moving to Florida. She met and married Arthur Colton and with his daughter, Susan Colton, they all moved into their family home. Together they created Southeastern Company Wholesale Florist Supplies. Later, their fourth child, Kimberly Colton (husband Jason) was born. Mary was "Nana" to 12 grandchildren, Heather (husband Jason) Jessica, Jessie (deceased), Justin, Adam, Ramona (husband Dalton), Trevor (wife Kimberly), Jordan, Zachary, John, Joseph, Daniel; and three great-grandchildren, Katelin, Savannah and Grant and one great-grandchild, Bryson. In later years, Mary continued to travel, and dedicate her time to her passions of reading, and playing card games with friends from Forest Hills Presbyterian Church. Memorial gathering for family and friends is at Blount Curry Funeral Home, 3207 W. Bearss Avenue in Carrollwood from 5-7 pm on Thursday, July 28, 2022. Memorial service is at Forest Hills Presbyterian Church, 709 W. Linebaugh Avenue, at 11 am Friday, July 29, 2022.
