McCabe, Mary Ann (Bellvia) - 74 of Florida, formerly of Portage, PA, passed away on December 1, 2020 in Florida. She was born on May 3, 1946 in Altoona. She was the daughter of Anthony and Rose (Impala) Bellvia. Mary Ann is preceded in death by her parents, her father-in-law: Charles P. McCabe, Sr. and her brother-in-law: Walter V. Seder. She is survived by her loving husband of 52 years, Charles P. McCabe, Jr. "Corky" of Florida and their daughters: Annette wife of Rick Sendzik of Florida, Jennifer wife or Rick Batche of Windber and Lisa McCabe and companion Cindy of Latrobe, grandchildren: Madison, Jacob (Keely) and Dominic Sendzik, and Brady, Bryce and Brock Batche. Mary Ann is the sister of Dominic Bellvia (Diane) of Summerhill and Carmella Seder of Portage. Mary Ann is also survived by her mother-in-law: Grace McCabe of Portage, Dave McCabe and companion Pam Schilling of Portage, Robert McCabe of FL, Larry McCabe and wife Karen of Portage and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Mary Ann was a 1964 graduate of Portage Area High School, where she enjoyed twirling for the Majorettes. She was the proud business owner of Mary Ann McCabe's Hair Design, where she fulfilled her lifelong passion. Mary Ann proudly volunteered her time, serving the Portage Community. She was a member of the Portage Area Women's Club and a member and active parishioner of the former St. Joseph Catholic Church. She was the happiest in life when she was spending time with her family. She cherished family meals, vacations and any time together, especially with her grandchildren. Mary Ann loved watching them grow and was a proud spectator at all their extracurricular events. Their "Mimi" will be missed by many. Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic all services for Mary Ann will be private to the family. Committal will be held in St. Bartholomew Cemetery in Wilmore.
