Martha Lake Graham Buchanan

Mrs. Martha Graham Buchanan, age 98, passed away in her Newnan home on December 24, 2025. She was the daughter of the late W. L. and Annie Pearl Johnson Lake of East Dublin, GA. She was preceded in death by husbands Ralph D. Graham and Logan C. Buchanan, Jr., infant daughter Brenda Graham, siblings, Earl Lake, Elizabeth Kight, Herschel Lake, Catherine Lake Thomas, Emmett Lake, Charles Lake, W. L. Lake, Jr., twin brother Marshall Lake, and Pam Adams.

Survivors include daughters Sheron Graham Lyle (James) of Newnan, Mimi Buchanan Kimball of Newnan, grandchildren Logan Kimball (Holly), and Christopher Kimball (Ann Ersing), brother Ethridge Lake, and numerous special nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Buchanan was a homemaker, and she was in her element when working outside. She was a member of Cokes Chapel United Methodist Church, and strong in her faith of the Lord. The Bible says, 'her children rise up and call her blessed,' and Martha's family would surely find that appropriate, as she loved to share God's word and her love of the Lord.
