On July 11th, 2022, Martha L. Dauphinais, 73, of Forest Hill, MD, passed away. Martha is the beloved wife of Richard Dauphinais, married for for 51 years; devoted mother of Jennifer Cearfoss and Scott Dauphinais; loving grandmother of Camryn, Liam, Eva, Nicolas, and Jackson; dear sister of Mark Hiser; also survived by many other loving family and friends.Martha Dauphinais was a high school teacher for 40 years. She taught German for ten years and spent the last thirty years teaching mathematics with the last twenty of those years at Bel Air High School. Her passions were her two children (Jennifer and Scott) and her 5 grandchildren. She loved riding her horses, making quilts, raising her chickens (each of which was named), gardening plus taking care of her dogs, cats and husband of fifty-one years (Richard). Martha was salutatorian of her high school class in Illinois, a painter and crocheter of American Indian art, a member of MENSA, a Star Trek fan and one of the nicest people one could meet. She was a knitter, a motorcycle rider and could build a wicked castle-rock wall. She was the perfect wife, mother, grandmother and friend and will surely be missed.Family and friends will honor and celebrate Martha's life at Evans Life Celebration Home in Forest Hill, Maryland – 3 Newport Drive on Wednesday July 20th, 2022 from 2-5PM.
