Marquise Dorcie-Lashon Lauderdale, 28 of Oxnard, CA went home to be with The Lord on Wednesday June 13 2018. He was born February 9th 1990, he lived in Oxnard, CA for 28 years. Marquise went to Pacifica High School and was finishing up school at Ventura College for architecture design.
He enjoyed life to the fullest, and always took advantage of spending time with family and friends. He always had massive support for them and consistently showed it. Marquise had a great "sense of style" and you could always count on him being the best dressed and most punctual at any event he attended.
Marquise had an amazing work ethic with a phenomenal attention to detail, taking pride in everything he did. He was one of the nicest and kindest gentlemen anyone could have met.
Marquise is survived by his mother Cynthia Pool, his father Gregory Kevin Lauderdale Sr., his brother Gregory Kevin Lauderdale Jr., his sister Dominique Gant Lauderdale, and his Grandmother Stella Collins.
Visitation will be held at 10:00am on Friday, June 22, 2018 with a Celebration of Life Ceremony to begin at 11:00am at St. Paul's Baptist Church located at 1777 Statham Boulevard in Oxnard.
