Marlene Kay Boyle of Blythe GA went home to be with the Lord on December 25, 2020.
She was born to the late James and Leah McCray on June 22, 1939 in Bremen, Ohio and a sister to Jack and Robert McCray. Kay married the love of her life, Don E Boyle on August 11, 1963, who preceded her in death.
Kay was a beloved mother of three children; her daughter Kelly Wiersma and son-in-law Dan, her daughter Kerri Pridemore and son-in-law Randy and her son Sean Boyle and her daughter-in-law Jacque. She is also survived by her ten grandchildren; Dustin, Brandi, Savannah, Dakota, Hunter, Holland, McCray, Halee, Leedy and Zane and numerous great grandchildren.
Kay was an active member of Hopeful Baptist Church in Blythe GA. She cared deeply for her family and friends and was the first person to help others and volunteer her time. Her favorite memories were spent with those she loved. She cherished her dog, Jake, who brought her much joy, so it is fitting that he followed her into Glory.
A friend to many, loved dearly and missed tremendously. Prayers are greatly appreciated for the family at this time.
A graveside services were held Saturday, January 2, 2021, at 1:00 PM from the Hopeful Baptist Church Cemetery, 2973 Winter Rd, Blythe, GA, with Pastor Greg Glover officiating.
My peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid.
