Mark James Pilla, age 79 of West Palm Beach, Florida passed away September 4, 2021. He was born on August 11, 1942, in Gary, Indiana to his parents Leonard and Margaret J. (Fabri) Pilla. He was a graduate of Purdue University with a bachelor's degree in civil engineering. He served as a Green Beret with the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He worked as a civil engineer for MasTec at the time of his retirement. He married the love of his life Macy J. (Trausi) Pilla and was married for 36 years until the time of her death. He was a devoted son, husband, father, and grandfather. He was a loyal follower of Christ and a member of Cornerstone Fellowship Church in West Palm Beach, Florida.
Survivors include his son Leo D. Pilla and his wife Anna Gladin Pilla of Jasper, Georgia, grandsons, Justin T. Pilla of Jasper, Georgia, and Lucas H. Pilla of Bentonville, Arkansas. Special friend Tish Hart of Napierville, Illinois. Also, his church family at Cornerstone Fellowship Church of West Palm Beach, Florida.

Funeral service will be held Monday, November 22, 2021 at 11:00am at the Logan Home Funeral Home Pavilion with Rev. Michael Ferguson. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.loganfuneralhome.com. Logan Funeral Home & Chapel in charge of arrangements.
