Mark Mehaffey, age 64, passed away on Sunday, December 4, 2022 at his Harlingen home. He was born
in Abilene,TX on July 15, 1958 to Dolores Glenn Mehaffey and Thomas Claude Mehaffey. Mark was an
honest, loyal, joyful man who was liked by all and loved by many. At the time of his death, he was
employed by TNT Crane & Rigging, formerly known as Kuhn Crane. He was a dedicated worker, and felt
honored to be a part of this organization and was proud of those he called 'My Guys'. Mark was known
for his sense of humor and positive attitude.. He was an avid hunter and was in his 'Happy Place' when
he was hunting. Mark was preceded in death by his parents and his sister Gaye Woodall. Left to cherish his memory are
his wife Donna, daughter Diane (Rick) Moore, son Randall (Alisha) Mehaffey, his siblings Paul (Katherine)
Mehaffey, Jolene (Glenn) Pearrow, and Denise (Robert) Huezo, and brother in law Bill Woodall. His
special people, granddaughters Kaitlyn, Kylie, and Scarlett and great grandson Kaiden, his nieces and
nephews Robby, Hannah, Ryan, Aaron, Natalie, Christopher, and Jennifer (Joe) as well as his Aunts,
Uncles, cousins and lifelong friend Danny Hicks, and he loved every one of them with his heart and soul.
We will all miss him and will keep his memory alive.
Visitation and a Prayer Service will be held on Saturday, December 10th, 2pm at the Mont Meta
Memorial Park in San Benito. Lay Minister Katherine Mehaffey will officiate and a private burial will be
held at a later date.
