Marion Oliver Johnston, IV of South Bend passed away on July 15, 2023. Life began for Marion in Fort Rucker, AL the 2nd child born to Marion Oliver and Helen Johnston. Marion enjoyed his family, traveling, cards, and playing with his nieces and nephews.
Marion is survived by his mother Helen Johnston, a sister Sonja Johnston of Las Vegas, NV, Aunts Madeline Johnston, Betty Johnston of Sau, GA, and Sara Graham. Best friend Gray Nixon of Detroit, MI along with a host of nieces and nephews.
Marion was preceded in death by his father Marion Oliver Johnston III, grandparents LeRoy and Leona Allen, and Marion Oliver 1st, Marion Oliver 2nd Johnston. Edward and Elore Moragne, Florence Moragne, John and Merle Weaver, and Dillie Johnson.
Per Marion's wishes he was cremated, the family will forever cherish his memories. Arrangements have been entrusted with ALFORD'S MORTUARY INC.
