On Thursday, January 26, 2021 Marilyn Moore, loving wife, mother, and sister passed away at age 73. Marilyn was born on June 22, 1947 in Liberty, Kentucky to Arthur and Pauline Atwood. She had five siblings, Edward (Velma), Evelene (Junor), Margaret (James). Ray. Charlotte (Marshall), all of which preceded her in death except one.
She is survived by her husband, Gene Moore. They were married September 11, 1987. Marilyn is also survived by her son William and daughter-in-law Angie Skinner; her sister, Charlotte and husband Marshall; a niece, Tara and nephew Shawn (Lisa); and her step-son, Kenny and daughter-in-law, Eria. Her family meant the world to her, along with their little Yorkie, Binky.
Marilyn graduated from Columbus High School in 1965. She worked at Becker's Drive-In and Como Plastics where she retired from. She was a member of Memorial Baptist Church and loved attending services there.
We were blessed to have had our time with her and I suppose now it is her to go home. We love you and we'll miss you.
