74, of Johnston, passed away on Sunday, July 17, 2022 at Fatima Hospital. She was the beloved wife of the late Joseph Nero, Jr. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late James and Mary (DelBonis) Palazzo.
Marie is survived by her loving children, John Gibbs and his wife Lyanna Miller-Gibbs, Scott Gibbs; step-children, Dianne Manni and her husband Frank, Joseph Nero, III and his wife Laurie; cherished grandchildren, Christina Nero, Bethany Nero, Gregory Manni, Gabriella Gibbs and Gunner Gibbs. She was the dear sister of Robert Capraro, Carol Bissanti and Marjorie Gallo.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday, August 20, 2022 at 10:00 am in St. Mary’s Church, Cranston. Burial will be private. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
