On February 4, 2022, Marie Mansolillo left our arms to rejoin her loving husband who predeceased her in 2020. She can now be at peace with Ray for all eternity. Marie was born in Providence, RI on August 14, 1935 to Joseph J. and Dora Cyr Morrocco (both deceased). She was the oldest of 7 children (Joseph J. III, Elon, NC; Richard (deceased); Patricia, Cranston, RI; Joan, Saunderstown, RI; Diane, Cranston; and Gary, Cranston). Marie graduated from Cranston High School East in 1953 and married Raymond Mansolillo in 1956. They were married for over 63 years and resided in Titusville, FL at the time of their passing. Marie was a loving mother, wife, grandmother, sister, daughter and friend. She spent most of her years raising her children and managing the household. In later years, she enjoyed spoiling her grandchildren. In her spare time, Marie enjoyed her hobbies. She was an avid golfer. Her other passion was cooking. Marie was an excellent cook. She was well known for her pepperoni bread, spinach pie and doughboys, the latter of which pleased her grandchildren especially. Marie leaves behind to cherish her memory her eldest daughter, Karen Mansolillo Bianco (Bob, Titusville); son, Raymond Mansolillo Jr. (New Port Richey, FL); Daughter, Gail Otero (David, Ponte Vedra Beach, FL), as well as her 4 grandchildren: Jacqueline Brockhurst (Titusville), Evan Otero (Boston), Maria Mansolillo-Gagnon (St Augustine, FL) and Marc Otero (Chicago), as well as numerous family members and friends near and far. Marie truly lived her faith as a loving, kind, generous beautiful soul. She is now at peace and free from suffering. Her legacy lives on through her family. A celebration of Marie's life will be held at St. Teresa's Catholic Church in Titusville, on February 18, 2022, at 11 a.m. A private interment at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to either Addington Place of Titusville or St. Francis Reflections Lifestage Care.
