Margaret "Peggy" Averitt Endicott

Peggy Averitt Endicott, age 78, of Knoxville, Tennessee joined her family in Heaven on Monday, October 16, 2023. She was a devout Christian. Peggy graduated from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. During her career, she worked many places including Whirlpool Corporation for 15 years before leaving to care for her family. Peggy loved life. She was an advocate for all animals serving through the ASPCA, Wildlife Reserve and many others. Peggy sent out cards for every occasion to those she loved. In her younger years, she was a member of the Smoky Mountain Hiking Club and enjoyed being outdoors in nature. Peggy will truly be missed by all who know and love her.

Peggy was preceded in death by parents, JB and Leona Averitt; brother, Ricky Averitt; and several precious fur babies. She is survived by daughter, Bethany Endicott (Daniel) Thier; special friend and caregiver, Darlene Rosenbaum; several cousins and many friends.
