Margaret Carlene (McCollough) Farley

Carlene was raised on a dairy farm in Nampa and was the eldest of five children.
She attended Nampa Schools, First through Twelfth grade, where she lettered in Band and enjoyed playing the French horn. She then attended Northwest Nazarene College where she graduated with a BA in Elementary Education.
Carlene enjoyed teaching, gardening, playing the piano at the nursing home and was always very active in her church. She served as a leader in the Assembly of God Missionettes Program. Later in life she enjoyed walking at her local marina and exercising at the local gym.
Carlene was married to Dean W. Farley, from 1965 until his passing on January 1, 2009. She is survived by her brothers, Alvin, Earl, Kirk, Don; her son Preston Farley (and his wife Pamela); her daughter Susanne Meredith (and her husband Tim); she has five Grandchildren, and six Great Grandchildren.
Services will be held at the River of Life Christian Center, Payette, Idaho on February 24th at 1:00 PM.
