Lynn Baskin Schlindwein

Lynn Marie Heiderscheit Baskin Schlindwein passed peacefully, on December 6, 2021, in the company of family, surrounded by love, at the age of 62. She was preceded in death by her adoring husband of 26 years, Richard "Dick" Francis Schlindwein. Theirs was a rich, timeless, and transcendent love.

Nothing if not festive, anything but dull, Lynn's was a vibrant life, fueled equally by love, courage, compassion, dignity, mercy, and grace. She was meticulous in her work, and a dedicated breast cancer awareness advocate that gave freely of herself. Most importantly, Lynn was a grandmother, a mother, a mentor, and a friend that was quick to forgive, and impossible to forget.

Lynn is survived by her cherished granddaughter Esme Aurora Baskin, her sons Andrew and Matthew Baskin, and her daughter through marriage Amanda Baskin, alongside her sisters Kris Urbowicz, Dee Ann Poole, Carol Burkel, Mary Jo "Heidi" Tigges, her brothers Jack Heiderscheit, David Heiderscheit, and their respective spouses, children, and grandchildren, with Dick's children Kathy Pfohl, Liz Robley, David Schlindwein, Tom Schlindwein, and their respective spouses, children, and grandchildren.
