Lula Mae Teddington was born
March 19, 1916 in Atlantic VA to Jacob and Inez Taylor. She was a member of ST Luke’s Episcopal Church and a long time New Haven resident.
“Mama” is survived by daughter, Inez E Gifford Simpkins. son Charles Teddington Jr., of New Haven, her long time companion Albert “Smitty” Smith, eight grandchildren, three sisters and two brothers and her best friend
Ms Gertrude Brown of West Haven.
