Lorraine Behlings Allstot, 87, of Brookings, passed away on Wednesday, June 17, 2020, at Avantara care center in Lake Norden. Private family services will be held due to the COVID-19 restrictions. The service will be livestreamed on the Rude's Funeral Home Facebook page at 10:30 am Saturday, June 20, 2020.
