Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, who was the love of her life, JW; her four sisters, Magdaline, Jewell, Louise, and Barbara; her four brothers, Junior, Verlon, Kenny, and Jackie and her stepson, Sherwin Mathis. She leaves to hold her memories; her daughter, Gwen (Steve) Tiona, her sons, Walter "Jimmy" and his wife, Patricia (Pat) Mathis and Gerald and his wife, Darlette Mathis; stepdaughter, Lynn (Felton) Mitcham; her sisters, Vivian Rentz and Jenelle Washum; special brother-in-law, Jack Brown, 7 grandchildren, Jennifer Anderson, Brad Mathis, Chris Mathis, Karissa Bennett, Shaun Mathis, Randy Banger Jr and Amy Vinson; 15 great grandchildren, and many much-loved nieces and nephews.
