Linda Willard
February 17,1952 to October 11,2022
Linda was preceded in death by her Father, Dallas Sturgill and her Mother Georgia Sturgill Eller. Both of her Husbands James Wade Houck Sr., and Richard Franklin Willard, and also her Brother Vincent Sturgill.
Linda is survived by her Daughter Georgia Celeste Stover, she was and always will be "Nani Gail" to her Grandchildren Morgan Brooke Stover and Drake Evans Stover.
Linda began life in the high mountains of western North Carolina. Those deep roots there shaped her into the generous, loyal, caring and talented woman we loved. Her deep and abiding love of her God, family and friends was always present. Whether making a wreath for your front door or crocheting a blanket for a new baby, she was always thinking of others, and how she could add comfort, joy and beauty to their lives.
She also loved music and shared her talent as a skilled pianist.
Most memorable was her happy laugh and sweet smile that always gave good cheer to those who enjoyed her great sense of humor.
This angel on earth will be sorely missed by all who had the privilege to know her.
In lieu of flowers, you may donate to the James Wade Houck Scholarship Fund at Mississippi College, Box 4005, Clinton, MS 39058.
