Linda Carol Riley, age 59 of Myrtle Beach passed away Monday, December 6, 2021.
Born May 24, 1962, in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late Harley and Shirley Bush. Mrs. Riley was a 1980 graduate of Catonsville Senior High School where she was the school mascot "Flash" and graduate of Medix school where she received her Certified Medical Assistant certificate. She moved to the Myrtle Beach area from Hanover, PA. Mrs. Riley has always been active in her church, first at Holy Nativity Lutheran in Maryland and later at Paradise Lutheran in Thomasville, PA and now here in Myrtle Beach at Holy Lamb Lutheran Church. She was employed by Group Benefit Services of Hunt Valley Maryland and was well respected by her coworkers. She will be remembered for her cheerful demeanor and effervescent personality that always lit up any room she entered.
She enjoyed traveling to Hawaii and cruising to the Caribbean islands. Her greatest achievements were being a wife and mother that loved her family very much. Mrs. Riley also loved her dogs, Hershey, Jessi, and Forrest. In addition to her parents many aunts, uncles and cousins preceded her in death.
Surviving are her husband, S. Neal Riley; daughter, Devyn; brother, Kenneth Bush and his wife, Elizabeth and godson, Austin E. Branham.
Services will be 11:00 AM, Saturday, December 18, 2021, at Holy Lamb Lutheran Church in Myrtle Beach with visitation one hour prior to the services.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or a local animal shelter.
