Linda Lewis, 78, of Stanwood, Washington passed away on September 27, 2021. Linda was born in May of 1943 in Everett, Washington and was raised in Marysville. She graduated Marysville High School in 1961 and went on to attend Everett Community College where she received an Associates Degree. Linda went to work for GTE, then PUD. She lived in Marysville until 1984, then moved with her family to Stanwood where she worked for the Stanwood-Camano School District in the District Office until she retired. She was married to her soul mate, Duane, for 58 years and they have two daughters, Shannon and Dayna, and seven grandchildren. After retirement, Linda and Duane enjoyed many years of traveling together and spending cherished time with their grandchildren. Linda enjoyed gardening, traveling, cooking and baking, and most of all spending time with her family. She enjoyed spending time and having lunch with her friends, many of whom she worked with over the years. Linda is survived by her Husband Duane of 58 Years, sister, Bonnie and her brother Michael, and her sisters in law, Charlotte and Charline along with numerous nieces and nephews. She was proceeded in death by her brother, John; father, Harry; and her mother, Jean. Her family and friends describe her as a kind, loving and a considerate person who was easy going and had a good sense of humor. She was always putting others before herself and loved her family with all her heart. There will be no services, at her request.
