Linda Jean Revels Khorramzadeh, age 61, was born on July 4, 1960, in the small town of Alma, Georgia. Linda passed away unexpectedly in her home on Sunday, March 27, 2022 in Suwanee, Georgia. Linda was the daughter of the late Robert Leo Revels and Vonoree Taylor Revels and was preceded in death by her mother, father, and brother Jerome Revels. Linda is survived by her husband of 38 years, Hussein Khorramzadeh, two daughters Sarah Ashley Khorramzadeh and Holly Elizabeth Khorramzadeh of Suwanee, Georgia, two sisters Judy Gail Revels Thomas (and husband Wesley) of Brunswick, Georgia and Marie Revels Sapp of Blackshear, Georgia. Linda is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Linda spent her childhood years living in Alma, Georgia. She attended Bacon County High School and graduated class of 1979. After graduating high school, Linda achieved a degree in education at Georgia Southern University and also obtained a Specialist in Education degree. After achieving her college degree, Linda taught elementary education at public schools in McIntosh county, Dekalb county, and Gwinnett county, Georgia and retired from Gwinnett county public school system in 2017 after 30 years of educating and mentoring the children of Georgia. In addition to education, Linda was an impassioned gardener and avid reader. She spent much of her time enjoying life with her husband, daughters, and friends. Throughout her endeavors, Linda chose to spread compassion, kindness, and positivity with her family, friends, students, coworkers, and the community. A memorial service will be held Saturday, April 23, 2022 at 3:00PM at Wages and Sons Funeral Home, Gwinnett Chapel, with Rev. Robert Tidd officiating.
