Linda Marie Goldsmith, 81, of Murrells Inlet, SC passed away on Wednesday, February 2, 2022 at NHC of Garden City. She was born February 2, 1941 in Taunton, Massachusetts, a daughter of the late Wilfred Menoche and Florence Dion Menoche.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Goldsmith.
She is survived by a daughter, Cheryl Rademaeker and her husband, Robert of Sellersville, PA; two sons, Craig Trefny and his wife, Amy of Hemingway, SC; Scott Trefny and his wife, Valerie of Newtown, CT and sisters, Adrienne Hilt of Newport News, VA and Judy Ingerson and her husband, Robert of Hamden, MA; grandchildren, Nicholas and Alexander Ioanna, Morgan, Gregory, Natalie, Luke, Isabella and Finnley Trefny; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Linda was an avid reader and a lover of all animals, especially cats.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Those times will be announced when arrangements are finalized.
The family has requested that memorial contributions in Linda's name be made to the Grand Strand Humane Society, 3241 Mr. Joe White Avenue, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577.
