JAMES DYAL FUNERAL HOME
Linda Diane Brant, 78, of North Charleston, SC passed away on Saturday, January 4th, 2025, surrounded by her family.
Family and Friends are invited to a visitation from 11am to 12pm on Friday, January 10th, 2025, at James A. Dyal Funeral Home, 303 South Main Street, Summerville, SC 29483. A funeral service will begin at 12:00pm in the Chapel. Burial will immediately follow at Dorchester Memory Gardens, 11000 Dorchester Road, Summerville, SC 29485.
Linda was born on December 13th, 1946, in Charleston, SC, a daughter of the late Earl Brant and Virginia Connelly Brant. Linda attended Chicora High School and later started her career at Westvaco, where she was employed for 20 plus years. She enjoyed cooking, socializing with her friends, bowling, fishing and most of all, spending time with her beloved family. Linda loved the outdoors, especially working in her yard. The family would like to thank the staff at Ashley Gardens Assisted Living and Memory Care and her sister, Truma, for taking such good care of Linda and her family during this time.
She is survived by her children: Douglas "Chip" Peagler, Jr. (Diana) and Keri Moore; her grandchildren: Brant Moore and Peyton Moore; as well as three siblings: Doris Gladden, Hazel Lee and Truma Polin. She was preceded in death by ten beloved siblings.
